Complaints and concerns

If something is not right, please tell us. We would much rather hear it early and put it right than have you go away unhappy. You will not be treated any differently for raising a concern.

You can complain about anything: how someone was spoken to, a session that did not happen, an invoice, a photograph, or how we handled your information.

How to raise it

Step 1

Tell a member of staff

Most things are sorted out on the day by talking to whoever is with you. Say what has happened and what you would like to be different.

Step 2

Ask for the manager

If it is not sorted, or you would rather not raise it with the team, ask for the manager. You can do that in person, by phone, by email or by post.

Step 3

Put it in writing if you want to

A written complaint is not required, but it helps us record it properly. Write to us at the address below, or ask us and we will write down what you say and read it back to you.

Who handles your complaint

Complaints are handled by the manager of the Hub.

Phone 01902 912899.

Email admin@lexraesupport.co.uk.

You can write to us at Edward James House, Hadley Park, Telford, TF1 6QJ, or send us a message asking the manager to ring you.

If you are still not happy

If our answer does not settle it, you can take it further, and you do not need our permission to do so.

If the council funds your support, contact Telford and Wrekin Council through adult social care. They can look at a complaint about a service they commission.

If you pay for your own support, you can ask the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman to look at it once we have had a chance to respond, at lgo.org.uk.

If it is about your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
