Working with you, not at you

About us

The Lexrae Community Hub is run by Lexrae Support Ltd, a Telford company supporting adults and young people. We do it the way we would want it done for our own family.

How we keep records

Everything that happens in a session is recorded in our own system as it happens, not written up from memory at the end of the week. Who can see what is controlled in the database itself, and every change is logged.

Photographs are only stored where consent has been recorded. Recordings need consent from everyone in them. You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, and you can change your mind about consent.

Read our privacy notice for the detail.
